Introduction

At Pixelchat, we aim to create a respectful and safe environment where users can engage in realistic and creative conversations with AI-powered characters. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we ask all users to adhere to the following guidelines.

1. Age Requirement

1.1 Users must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. 1.2 All content, including but not limited to characters, avatars, personas, and conversations, created or posted on the platform must portray adults. If the character's age is not evident, please specify the age in the character's profile.

2. Prohibited Content

2.1 Users must refrain from creating or interacting with content that:

• 2.1.1 Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or contains nudity.

• 2.1.2 Is excessively violent, threatening, or promotes self-harm.

• 2.1.3 Constitutes hate speech, harassment, or bullying based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, religion, or other protected categories.

• 2.1.4 Is defamatory, libelous, or intended to harm others.

• 2.1.5 Contains or promotes misinformation or conspiracy theories.

• 2.1.6 Involves illegal activities or substances.

• 2.1.7 Violates the privacy rights of individuals, including sharing personal data without consent.

• 2.1.8 Infringes on intellectual property rights.

• 2.1.9 Involves family-related characters or scenarios.

• 2.1.10 Involves characters based on real animals. Anthropomorphic characters are allowed as long as they pass the Harkness test.

3. Prohibited Use of Platform

3.1 No Promotions or Advertisements:

• 3.1.1 Users are not permitted to promote or advertise products, services, or any commercial ventures on any of Pixelchat's platforms.

3.2 Prohibition of Link Sharing:

• 3.2.1 Sharing any form of external links is strictly prohibited across the Pixelchat website and all community platforms. This includes but is not limited to links to other websites, social media profiles, product pages, or any form of online content.

3.3 Prohibited Activities:

• 3.3.1 Using the platform to engage in illegal or high-risk activities.

• 3.3.2 Using the platform to solicit sensitive personal data or engage in activities that violate privacy and security controls.

• 3.3.3 We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for our services being used in any manner associated with, assisting, or facilitating any acts of prostitution or sex trafficking.

4. Respect for Personal Rights

4.1 Do not create characters based on real individuals who have not consented to being portrayed.

4.2 Only portray public figures or characters in fictional roles. Using personal images or lesser-known individuals without consent is prohibited.

4.3 Edited photographs or images of real individuals, especially in defamatory or inappropriate contexts, are not allowed.

5. Off-Site Conduct

5.1 Pixelchat reserves the right to take action based on extreme off-site behavior that directly impacts our community, particularly in cases involving illegal activities or severe misconduct.

6. Enforcement and Accountability

6.1 Non-compliance with these guidelines may lead to account suspension or termination.

6.2 Users are encouraged to report any content or behavior that violates these guidelines. Moderation

All characters created on the platform undergo review and are manually published by our moderation team. Pixelchat also relies on reports from the community. If any content is observed to be violating the guidelines, users are encouraged to report it directly, and the moderation team will investigate.
